About Kim
Kim McCutcheon is a child of God who has served as a US Army Chemical officer, a federal defense contractor, a successful business owner and a co-founder of The Crushing Snakes Podcast (crushing-snakes.com).
She is a 2023 Fellow for the Colson Center for Christian Worldview and travels the country to deliver confidence training to Christian leaders who find themselves in difficult environments due to today’s cancel culture. She is unapologetically pro-life, pro-biblical truth, and pro-science.
Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and currently works as a Lab Manager in Attalla, Alabama. She has been a bible teacher and a leader in various evangelical churches for more than 33 years.
She has been married to retired Army combat engineer, Keith McCutcheon for 38 years and they have two grown children.
When she is not speaking, you will find Kim on the back of her horse trying to herd cattle or serving at her church alongside her husband.
Using strategies I have learned from my military training and decades of leadership experience in dangerous situations in the chemical weapons industry, I will train you and your team how to put on and use the full armor of God. As iron sharpens iron, my approach will be simple: be direct, use words you can understand, and give you the basic training you need to successfully stand on any battleground.

Battle Tactics: The Purpose of and How to Use God’s Armor
In Ephesians 6, Paul describes the armor of a Roman soldier and applies it to similar equipment a Christian will need to successfully stand in the spiritual battles we face on a daily basis.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will dive deep into each piece of this Godly armor and learn why we need it, how to use it, and discover its relevance in the 21st century.
Belt of Truth: Teach Them How to Think Not What to Think
Parrots. Birds that seem to be able to talk using human language. In reality, they are just repeating phrases that they’ve learned with no idea about what they are actually saying. In this one-hour presentation, we’ll look at statements made by people that seem to defy reason and yet they still believe them.
We’ll use God's laws of logic to take these thoughts captive and determine what is true and what isn't. In the process, you will learn how to think for yourself.
